Shipping
We accept orders from all over the world and ship to all countries. All items are shipped with Spring Global Mail Courier from Manila, Philippines.

Delivery time
Spring Global Mail Courier shipments take only a few days to arrive at your doorstep and are (not yet) traceable online.

Shipping cost as of December 2009
Shipping costs for orders are item-based -- we do charge a reasonable amount of US$8 per item -- regardless of the weight and to keep things simple. No handling fee will be added.

Shipping within the Philippines
At present, our shopping cart computes all shipping charges for international shipments. For shipments within the Philippines, we will refund to your credit card all excess shipping charges that are beyond our "actual" incurred Peso shipping cost to your doorstep. Items are sent either with EMS or courier.

Returns
We take great care to check your order before we ship it to you. However, in the rare event that we shipped a wrong book, please advise us immediately and return it to us within 7 business days upon receipt. We will also credit you the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error as well as send you the correct item.
